IN 1 JOHN 1, THE APOSTLE JOHN WAS ON THE ISLAND OF PATMOS AND WAS WRITING TO THE THE ISRAELITE BRETHREN IN THE CHURCHES OF GOD IN ASIA (HEADQUARTER CHURCH OF GOD AT EPHESUS) ON THE FOLLOWING:
(WHO IS THE BEGOTTEN SON OF GOD THE FATHER AND WHO BECAME JESUS CHRIST IN THE FLESH) DURING HIS THREE AND HALF YEARS MINISTRY AND AFTER HIS RESURRECTION FROM THE DEAD AND HIS RETURN FROM HIS FIRST ASCENSION HAVING ETERNAL LIFE WITHIN HIMSELF.
WOULD HAVE THE JOY OF GOD THE FATHER THROUGH THE HOLY SPIRIT.
THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD TO DECLARE THAT GOD THE FATHER IS LIGHT AND IN HIM THERE IS NO DARKNESS AT ALL.
EXPLAINING THAT THE BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST CLEANSES THE SOUL FROM SIN ON CONFESSION AND REPENTANCE BEFORE GOD THE FATHER BY THE HOLY SPIRIT.
THERE IS THE PROVISION FOR THE FORGIVENESS OF SIN FOR THOSE WHO WOULD HAVE SINNED IN IGNORANCE AND NOT SINNING WILFULLY, AND WHO CONFESS AND REPENT BEFORE GOD THE FATHER AND JESUS CHRIST AND TO EACH OTHER WHEN THEIR SIN IS REVEALED BY THE HOLY SPIRIT.
IN 1 JOHN 1:1, THE APOSTLE JOHN DECLARED TO THE ISRAELITE BRETHREN IN THE CHURCHES OF GOD IN ASIA THAT HE WAS A WITNESS OF THE WORD OF GOD WHO IS THE BEGOTTEN SON OF GOD AND CAME AS JESUS CHRIST IN THE FLESH AND THAT HE WOULD HAVE PERSONALLY SEEN AND HANDLED JESUS CHRIST DURING HIS THREE AND HALF YEARS MINISTRY AND AFTER JESUS CHRIST RESURRECTION FROM THE DEAD.
1 John 1:1 (KJV) 1 THAT WHICH WAS FROM THE BEGINNING, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of THE WORD OF LIFE;

WE ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO COMMIT SIN AFTER WE BECOME JUSTIFIED AT WATER BAPTISM AND RECEIVE THE SPIRIT OF GOD IN MAN (THE SPIRITUAL SEED OF GOD THE FATHER) AND THE INDWELLING OF HOLY SPIRIT, BUT IF WE DO SIN, WE HAVE JESUS CHRIST AS OUR PROPITIATION IN JESUS CHRIST AT THE RIGHT HAND OF GOD THE FATHER.

Eze 18:20-26 (KJV) 20 The soul that sinneth, it shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son: the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him.

THE APOSTLE JOHN WAS EXPLAINING TO THE ISRAELITE BRETHREN THAT ALL MANKIND INHERITED SIN FROM ADAM AT CONCEPTION INTO THE WORLD WITH THE SPIRIT OF SATAN.
HE EXPLAINED TO THE ISRAELITE BRETHREN THAT ALL HAVE BEEN CONCLUDED UNDER SIN BY GOD THE FATHER ALTHOUGH THEY WOULD HAVE RECEIVED THE LETTER OF THE LAW OF GOD.
